With the exercise stations. Without them: 15 min walking, 10 min running.
Health trail set up in the forest at the place called Gros-Chêne, on the heights of Soultz, starting from the parking lot located at the end of the Col Amic road. The sports course forms a loop of 1265 meters, taking about 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the fifteen exercise stations: arm circles, trunk rotations, bounding strides, giant steps, horizontal ladder, suspended sit-ups, slalom, pull-ups, balance beam, and up-down exercises. A family loop of 635 meters, shorter and without difficulty, allows for a 35-minute exploration of the site with children. The terrain alternates between flat sections and climbs under the trees, and each station is classified as easy, medium, or difficult on the starting panel. The wooden equipment is aimed at teenagers and adults, while children must remain under the supervision of an adult, and it is advisable to avoid the course in rainy, freezing, or snowy weather. The course was renovated in 2009. Marked trails lead from the same parking lot to the basilica of Thierenbach. Free access.
