Sit-up board

Allongez-vous sur la planche, pieds bloqués. Relevez le buste en contractant les abdominaux. Redescendez lentement sans relâcher d'un coup.

Suggested workout

Warm-up

Start with five to ten minutes of brisk walking. Loosen your shoulders, hips and ankles with small gentle movements to get your body ready for the effort.

The exercises

  1. Sit-up board Relevez seulement les épaules du plan. Gardez les mains sur la poitrine pour alléger le mouvement.

Cool-down

Finish with a few minutes of slow walking. Gently stretch your legs, back and arms, holding each position for a few seconds without forcing.
