Health Trail of the Rond de Cobourg

Health trail set up in the Bord forest, starting from the Cobourg roundabout, in Les Damps. The circuit, approximately 1.5 kilometers long, follows a woodland path and features several exercise stations to work on cardio and muscle strengthening. The forest, once the property of the Dukes of Normandy, is now managed by the ONF. A parking area is located near the starting point.
