Sporting trail of the banks of the Seine at Mesnil-le-Roi

Sporty course set up along the greenway of the banks of the Seine, in Mesnil-le-Roi, between Rue du Port and Chemin du Tir. Eleven fitness stations line the promenade, each equipped with a QR code that links to a demonstration video of the exercises. The site welcomes pedestrians and cyclists, featuring bleachers with deck chairs, wooden docks facing the Seine, and ponds to observe along the way. Access is free.
