Lindon Park Fitness Station

Lindon Park, in L'Hermitage, features an outdoor fitness and weight training station that is wheelchair accessible. Surrounding it, there are playgrounds for children, picnic tables, a barbecue, benches, and hammocks. From the park, you can access the CRAPA circuit, a health trail set in nature where the equipment focuses on endurance, balance, and muscle strengthening. Access is free.
