Health Trail of the Duguesclin Tower Park

The health trail of Grand-Fougeray takes place in the park of the Tour Duguesclin, around the pond of the Château. Sixteen exercise stations line the paths of the park, at the foot of the medieval keep. The setting is shaded and flat, making it pleasant to explore with family. A playground, benches, and a parking area are located nearby. Access is free and open all year round.
