The CRAPA of Liffré is a sports course set up in the heart of the forest, at the location known as Les Brosses. The 1.7 km loop features twenty-three numbered stations, spread along the forest paths of the Rennes state forest. The setting is shaded and pleasant, making it ideal for alternating between running and exercises. Access is free year-round.
