Tressaint Sports Trail

Sporty course set up in the Tressaint woods, in Lanvallay. The trail winds beneath the trees and at times runs alongside the banks of the Rance, with exercise stations distributed along the route. The ground remains natural, without any surfacing, making it a pleasant terrain for both running and walking. The starting point is from the village of Tressaint, and access is free.
