Intergenerational Health Trail

This long forest circuit of nearly twenty kilometers crosses the countryside of Mézilles and features an intergenerational platform equipped with about ten exercise stations. Hikers can alternate between walking and physical exercises while discovering the landscapes of Puisaye.
